DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 48 Hours upon reception to notify us with any issue with your order. 


RETURNS
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In rare cases, if there is a problem with your order. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns so we can better assist you. 


EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Everything is custom made and made per order. So please make sure to get professional measurements before placing your order! For shoes, please make sure to follow size chart and any recommendations given! 


REFUNDS
There are NO REFUNDS/NOR PARTIAL REFUNDS. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL FOR WHATEVER REASON, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED TOWARDS ANY FUTURE GARMENT OR ITEM. 

PRE ORDERS

ALL PRE ORDER SALES ARE FINAL!! 

Please make sure to confirm your size according to size chart. A pre ordered item cannot be changed or canceled during production. Shipping address cannot be changed. Once your order is placed, make sure your shipping address is CORRECT!

Custom/Import Fees 

For international orders, we are not responsible for import/custom fees. You are responsible for paying those fees once the package arrive to your country. Your number will be added to the shipping label, if any payment is needed customs will contact you! 

LOST PACKAGE 

Once the package leaves our facility and is accepted by the shipping carriers. We are no longer responsible for the package. If USPS/UPS misplaced your package, you would need to contact them for assistance in retrieving your package or reimbursement.
